We utilize regular promotional airfares, as well as special `consolidator` fares - available only to organizations who provide a very significant number of air passengers to the airlines. In addition, we have access to, special, `humanitarian` airfares. These humanitarian airfares are particularly advantageous for trips on short notice; one way journeys, and long stays, such as one year assignments. If a humanitarian airfare turns out to be the most economical solution for your travel needs, you will be required to provide additional proof of your membership with your volunteer organization before your airline ticket can be issued. You will be required to have this proof with you when you travel as the airlines and government officials may require seeing it. |
