All of the plans are good; however the Travel Select plan offers several optional upgrades that allow you to customize your travel protection plan. Among the benefits are the inclusion of pre-existing conditions (within 21 days of initial trip deposit), and a maximum trip length of 180 days. The basic policy excludes pre-existing conditions and specifies a maximum trip validity of only 60 days. The Travel Max policy is similar to Travel Select but offers higher levels of coverage, such as $1 million in Emergency Medical Evacuation / Repatriation compared to $500,000 for the Travel Select policy.
